"During a business trip to the Columbus area, I stayed at the University Plaza in April, 2004.
Every employee that I saw seemed genuinely happy to be at work. They went out of their way to be
accommodating from my speedy check-in through my departure. Renovations were taking place, and I
was able to stay in one of the newly updated rooms. It was quite spacious. I enjoyed a walk in
the courtyard area and found it a great place to read and relax. The hotel is very convenient to
Ohio State University. It's a short drive to the downtown area. Cab fare to nightclubs in the
Short North area was reasonable and the trip a fast one."
